Massachusetts Curriculum

Moving Forward

Progress continues to be made on the exhibit with much of it being in the actual design of the exhibit. Our rendering team has done an excellent job with their mockups, many of which have been posted on one of the new galleries. So far we have the framework done for the production section of the exhibit, which details the process that is used to manufacture the plastic used in the type of 3D printer we are using. This is some great stuff, and our artists did a fantastic job, so check them out.

Initial Update

Posted by admin on February 21, 2012

Work is well under way on the museum exhibit. We’ve contacted schools in Massachusetts in order to set up presentations to showcase a classroom version of our 3D fabrication and mars settlement exhibit. Additionally, we've made significant progress on the CAD drawings that are being used to design and prototype the exhibit; these 3D models will be used to produce artwork, promotional material, and will even be used to fabricate physical parts for the exhibit. Additional developments include the creation of brochures and discussion with museums at which our exhibit will ultimately be displayed.
